Serves 4 | Prep 10 min | Cook 10 min
A fast, high-heat stir-fry that lets both sauces shine — sweet-smoky BBQ balanced by a spicy finish.
Ingredients
-
1 lb chicken, beef, or shrimp, thinly sliced
-
2 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
-
3 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
-
3 tbsp Kobi Q BBQ Sauce
-
1–2 tsp Kobi Q Hot Sauce (to taste)
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
-
2 green onions, sliced
-
Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
-
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add protein and stir-fry until just cooked through; remove and set aside.
-
Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
-
Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
-
Return protein to the pan. Add Kobi Q BBQ Sauce, Kobi Q Hot Sauce, and soy sauce; toss to coat and cook 1–2 minutes until glossy.
-
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over steamed rice.
Kobi Q Tip: Swap in a splash of pineapple juice for a sweet-and-spicy takeout-style glaze.
